We party
There's no doubt that we work hard but we also know how to have a good time whether it's a star-studded charity ball with our friends at Once Upon a Smile, hosting fabulous corporate hospitality events at sporting events across the region or simply having fun together at Christmas do's – we know how to party!

It's fair to say we expect high standards from each of our staff but it's also fair to say that we value and appreciate the work that each and every one of our team does. We're known for getting gifts, rewards and treats to say, ‘thank you' and show our appreciation for everyone's efforts.

You can't treat your team like your family and not show how much you care so we launched an employee wellbeing initiative that every member of staff can access, and it provides tips on wellbeing as well staff rewards and benefits.

Our mission is simple - make vehicle leasing easy, transparent, and stress-free. From enquiry to delivery, our customers trust us to provide expert advice, accurate information, and outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
- Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and spreadsheets
- Check information for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with generating reports and compiling data for internal teams
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Communicate with other departments to resolve data-related queries
Ideal for:
Someone who can work under pressure with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidence,whilst working with different computer systems.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confidence in using a variety of different computer systems
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in admin, customer service, or automotive roles (advantageous but not essential)

- Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing updates on vehicle deliveries
- Liaising with vehicle suppliers, funders, and logistics teams
- Updating supplier computer systems

A strong communicator who's empathetic, professional, and passionate about customer satisfaction.
